Yes, all our cleaning staff undergo thorough training before they start working with us. They are also fully insured, providing you with peace of mind when hiring our services.
Our cleaning teams are equipped with their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
Bookings and Payments
You can book a cleaning service by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and help you choose the most suitable service for your needs.
We will invoice after the works are carried out and require payment within 30 days of invoice, new customers are required to pay 50% prior to the first project together
After our first few projects together you will be given a credit allowance based on previous payments.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Cancelled within 24 hours of the start date agreed – cancellation charge will be 25% of the overall value of the Services.
- Cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled Services commencement time or on arrival at Relevant Premises, cancellation charge will be 50% of the overall value of the Services.
- Cancelled within 6 hours of scheduled Services commencement time or on arrival at Relevant Premises, cancellation charge will be 100% of the overall value of the Services.
We can usually mobilise very quickly depending on different factors and the urgency required.
Safety and Customer Satisfaction
At Real Cleaning, we prioritise the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Our cleaning staff undergo background checks and comprehensive training to ensure they provide high-quality services. We also maintain open communication with our clients to address any concerns or issues promptly. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
We strive to use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. We believe in promoting a healthy environment for our clients and reducing our impact on the planet. If you have specific preferences regarding cleaning products, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We work to procedures and policies set out by our ISO 9001 accreditations. Our cleaning staff are trained to follow strict cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure consistent and high-quality results. We also encourage regular feedback from our clients to help us improve our services and maintain our high standards.
We take pride in looking after our equipment as well as we do our staff. We ensure our vans, scrubber-dryers, pressure washers, steam cleaners, vacuums and window cleaning equipment are all of the highest specification.
